Calculation method & limits

The calendar adds the selected number of calendar months using the corresponding day of the month. If that reference date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or listed D.C. federal holiday, the highlight moves to the next listed business day.

This simple calendar does not evaluate case-specific rules, extension eligibility, Advisory Action timing, non-extendable periods, or future unscheduled USPTO closures.
